Who we are

Our Mission

We are a non-profit organisation which generates quality labour opportunities, in order to develop people with disabilities to their maximum, giving preference to the mentally disabled from Biscay.

We can generate these opportunities by creating and managing activities in the industrial and service sectors which give people the possibility of following a plan of social inclusion and employment, covering everything from counselling to training, in occupational centres, special employment centres and even in regular employment.

Our Values

We’re based on a non-profit system which reinvests in the organisation’s aims and we rely on our ethical, supportive, participatory, dynamic and efficient management which strengthens labour stability. Thanks to all this, we can work for the satisfaction of the people, clients and community surrounding us.
