Lantegi Batuak’s Integrated Management Service is responsible for providing support in terms of quality, environment and risk prevention to the two key organisational processes, the development of social inclusion and employment and the generation of employment opportunities, as well as ensuring compliance with all processes of the organisation.
In this sense, its priority areas are:
• Design and Audit of the Management System: development and permanent adaptation of the organisation’s processes based on the legal, regulatory and client requirements, as well as monitoring compliance with these requirements.
Prevention, Quality and Environment Support:
• Prevention: risk control and implementation of health and safety measures to continuously improve working conditions of Lantegi Batuak personnel.
• Quality: supporting the organisation in all processes related to the quality of the services we provide in accordance with best practice in quality management (ISO, EFQM, OHSAS, etc).
• Environment: development, implementation and monitoring of the environmental policies and actions of each of Lantegi Batuak activities in relation to best practices in this area.
Dissemination of Best Practices: Dissemination of best practices through the portal Ergohobe.net .
Welfare support: : implementation of specific protocols to ensure the health of Lantegi Batuak personnel, encouraging healthy habits and implementing specific guidelines for working with people with disabilities.
Innovation in Ergonomics: working directly with the workshops and services on the design, implementation and evolution of adjustment programs for each individual job. Leadership of the teams during the implementation of individual job adjustment.
