EnREDadoz is a program which constructs a “network” between members of the “Innovation Community” which is Lantegi Batuak, just as it recognizes the commitment and compromise of the organisation of Lantegi Batuak’s Cultural Innovation.
This program recognizes the group participation of the various professionals in the Organisation and the different innovation dynamics mooted by Innovation Management to date, as well as giving Access to and use of the tools created specifically to this end and piloted by members of the Innovation Community.
Some of the recognition mechanisms are as simple as sending an email or message to one or more participants in the different innovation activities, or publishing one’s ideas in the different communication channels for innovation. Other mechanisms are more sophisticated and require more planning in their design and execution (an Innovation Breakfast, an Innovation Day, etc.).
We always try to publicly recognize the innovation activity as soon as it occurs, in order to maintain motivation amongst the people who dedicate part of their time to innovating.
