Lantegi Batuak Privacy Policy
1. With this notice, Lantegi Batuak Foundation informs users of the site, in compliance with Art.5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December 1999, for the Protection of Personal Data, about its personal data protection policy in order for these users to expressly, freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide Lantegi Batuak Foundation with the personal data that may be requested on the site.
2. Lantegi Batuak Foundation reserves the right to make as a many modifications as it deems necessary or appropriate in its data protection policy, whether this may be due to legislative or jurisprudential reasons or necessary adaptations to common practices in the sector. In these cases, the new text will be published by Lantegi Batuak Foundation on the site, whereby users will be informed at all times about Lantegi Batuak’s current privacy policy in force. In any case, the relationship with users will be governed by the rules established on accessing the site.
3. Users are also informed that automated processing of personal data and its inclusion in a personal data file is the responsibility of Lantegi Batuak.
4. Except when it is clearly stated to the contrary, it is considered necessary to fill out all data in the fields on the form. If all the data deemed necessary is not supplied, Lantegi Batuak Foundation may not register the user.
5. Lantegi Batuak Foundation, via the forms established on various pages of its website, gathers personal data from users and includes it in a file called “Contactos Web”, duly registered with the Data Protection Agency, for the purpose of performing statistical analyses, as well as to inform the people and institutions included in the file and to gain their opinion on the activities, publications, products and services of Lantegi Batuak Foundation.
6. This file does not consider the transfer or communication of the data. Under no circumstances will Lantegi Batuak Foundation provide information about users to third parties.
7. Users must fill out the forms with true, exact, complete and up-to-date information. Users will be solely responsible for any damage, whether direct or indirect, that could be caused to Lantegi Batuak Foundation or any third party due to the incorrect filling out of forms with false, inexact, incomplete or out-of-date information
8. Minors must have prior consent from their parents or guardians before proceeding to include their personal data on the site’s forms. Lantegi Batuak Foundation is absolved of all responsibility due to non-compliance with this requirement.
9. Users or those representing them can exercise their right at any time to access, rectify, cancel and, where appropriate, oppose their data in accordance with what is established in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, for the Protection of Personal Data and all other applicable regulations to this effect, by contacting Lantegi Batuak Foundation in writing at Txorierri Etorbidea, 12 – 48180 Loiu (Bizkaia).
